Since I have this Live Journal....

I suppose I should post to it. It's just that I can't imagine anyone being that interested. Not that I don't do fun stuff: Dinner last Sunday with Ginger was great--Knott's Berry Farm chicken (Ah, the biscuits! the rhubarb! the cabbage with little bits of ham! ), shopping afterward, and a lovely visit with Ginger. Then there was the flamenco dance performance at UCSB on Wednesday night, with a visit to the Mrow Estate after: a good time was had by all (the dancing and guitar playing were spectacular).
In other news (as Lady Mora says), I finished the fourth chapter of my new Pirates of the Caribbean fanfic - here's the address: http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1724281 -- and also discovered the most hilarious Stephanie Plum/PotC crossover at http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1736143 -- FREAKING HILARIOUS, I kid you not. It's from msbrooklyn, and boy does she have the Plum voice down pat. It'd probably be funny even if you haven't read the Janet Evanovich series--msbrooklyn's done a Buffy/PotC crossover, too, and it's also hysterical, and I don't even watch Buffy! What can I say? I just love comedy. Was reading Wodehouse's "Purity of the Turf", a Jeeves & Bertie Wooster thing, before bed last night and went to sleep with a smile on my face.

I need to see Ginger, I miss her. Tried to visit her when I was at Disneyland last week, but she wasn't at the store where she said she'd be. Oh well. I have an annual passport now, so I can go back more often.
