Happy to be friended (will friend back, if you don't mind), and I'm glad you enjoyed the info. The JohnnyDeppZone is such a great site. I don't follow it all the time, but they always seem to have the latest pix and info, and fortunately I have friends who keep me informed.
I never watched Jump Street when it was first shown, but of course I heard all about the excellence of JD while it was on. Quite a phenomonon -- no wonder he was freaked out by it. I liked him in the few movies I'd seen him in, but it wasn't until PotC came out that I paid much attention. I've made up for it since, however. Captain Jack is irresistable. *G*
My roommie, wav made that Captain Jack icon. Just for me. LOL She won't mind if you take and I don't either.
I remember when Jump Street came on, I had to hurry home from my job at the record store just to see it. Only problem was, it really put the kabash ont he rest of my social time for Sunday evening because it came on so early and i live 30 minutes away from the city. But Johnny made it worthwhile. He's just such an amazing actor. Everything i've seen him in--he makes each and every role his own and never ever generic. He's such an amazing talent and such a humble man. I just adore him. But Captain Jack is my favorite. And from what I can tell, Jack is for him as well.

Yes, he's something of an oddity, for an actor. Usually they come across as talented, but not someone you'd real feel comfortable sitting down and chatting with. But after reading dozens of his interviews over the last two years, I get the impression he's just a really nice guy.

I'm been a fan of Johnny's since Jump Street, though I will admit I love Captain Jack above all other of his characters.
