...and as LW says: And here's some shots of the lovely man who plays our dear Captain showing what a truely lovely person he is -- signing autographs after a day of filming, he'll still come up to the fence and do right by his fans. Can we please clone him? And can we also give a HUUUUUGE thumbs up and major kudos to whoever instilled him with this kind of thoughtful and generous behavior? Mama Depp, maybe? Anyway, on with the show:

More like having his name screamed constantly. And not just by fans, but by the paparazzi. You remember what kind of insanity the premier was like, yes? He gets that all the time.

But at least I can actually give a nod to the paparazzi this time -- this is when they SHOULD be out and about snapping photos: when the actors/celebrities are on the job, or at a public event. NOT when they're trying to have down time with family. Ack!

I think it's the lighting, but I doubt if you could tell even if he was -- I think he dyes his hair at the drop of a hat. At the Disneyland premier he had blond highlights. Looks like he's gone back to the stringy dark look here, though. Of course, he looks great any which way.

It was in the 90's here, probably in the 80's there, with sun reflecting off the water. Easy to get toasted in those conditions.

He does look a little toasted, although it could be makeup -- he's still got the little beard braids on, too, in those last pix. It was pretty warm and sunny yesterday, though. Supposed to be in the 90's again today.
