artaxastra doesn't mind, but I've been rereading her wonderful PotC stories off and on for the last couple of weeks and, as has frequently happened in the past, was inspired to write fic for her fic. This is Jack's pov, set just before Watching Over You, which is set just after that One Day.
( He has always watched over her, from the moment she fell from the cliff into blue water... )

Nov. 4th, 2012 09:38 amStarted out well with mininanowrimo (I've only committed to 100 words a day) but then missed yesterday as I was gone all day and too tired when I got home -- fell asleep sitting up in bed with the computer open and ready and woke at 12:30 a.m. Oh, well. But here are the 500 words I wrote on Nov. 1 & 2 for the current prompt at blackpearlsails...

Yay! I finally completed this (my pirate!Muse has been very uncooperative of late), and it works for 'hammock', 'antipathy', and the current prompt, 'captain'. Many thanks to florencia7 for the virtual gift of a bronze pencil -- my dear, I think it worked!
