APRIL FOOLS!
And that's as far as we'll go with that. But...
1) April is poetry month. I'm going to try to post some favorite poems.
ladymora posted a whole bunch of love poems in February, and now
fabu is posting a poem a day. Very cool.
2) My horiscope from The Onion seems particularly appropriate today...
3) In case any of you missed it last August,
sharklady35 reminded me how funny this is...
Speaking of the Fountain of Youth ...
Waaaay back when, right after Curse of the Black Pearl made its debut, and long before Dead Man's Chest and At World's End were more than a twinkle in Jerry Bruckheimer's eye, a wonderful artist named P.S. Nim drew this graphic novel...
ETA: 4) If you like bread, check out this post by
thistle_verse about Bread Porn!
ETA:
thistle_verse has that f-locked, so here's a link to the book on Amazon, Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking.
That is all. Have a wonderful day, everyone!

The stars indicate this is a good week to get your life in order, making you glad you don't believe in all that astrology crap.

Said happy birthday to Uncle Fran, too -- he enjoyed the lemon mousse cake we brought, and the pot of pretty freesias.
Also had lunch at The Lobster Restaurant -- Fillet of Sole with a lemon/caper sauce and artichoke hearts; mashed potatos; asparagus, salad of mixed baby greens with pecans, dried cherries, blue cheese and balsamic vinegrette; good bread with that olive oil/herb/garlic stuff; and espresso protiferoles with coffee crunch ice cream and sliced strawberry garnish. Mmmm.
Must zoom. Downtown Disney followed by Pirate Show in Buena Park tonight.
Happy Easter/Passover/Spring/etc. to all.
