Okay, I googled "Scotch Tape Art" and found this site. Apparently it's by an artist named Mark Jenkins. I googled that, and came up with a bunch of stuff. Apparently that's a pretty common name. :)

The giraffe is very cool, but some are so sad! Went to the site captaintish linked and discovered that many, many of these have been done within a few miles of me - have *never* seen anything in the paper about this guy or his art.
