Join A New Cookbook Community!

Well, I decided to create a new community at Live Journal: prettygoodfood. That way I can post recipes from our family cookbook of the same name online, friends and family can post their favorites, we can all try the recipes and comment on them, and I can archive them in Memories under appropriate headings! The first recipe is (finally!) the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting several people have been wanting, since ladymora's annual birthday/swim party. Mmmmmm...good!

Back to School

Started moving back into my office at school last night. Now I have a sore throat and my nose is stuffy. Didn't we already go here when I moved out in June? Hmmmm...

On a brighter note...

1. fabu joined prettygoodfood! I bet she has some great family recipes.

2. Salad Fingers IV! ("Have I been gifted with a grubby tap?")

3. weemonkey6 may be moving back into the spare bedroom today, in light of its closer proximity to her new job at the Reagan Library. It will be lovely to see her on more than an occasional basis again.

That's all, folks. Gotta go breath some (apparently) contaminated dust now.
