Rain and Poetry Meme

Supposed to go golfing this morning, but it's been pouring rain for the last hour. Letting up now, but I'm wondering if we should take a chance on a) more rain once we're there, and b) soaked ground of golf course vs. non-waterproof shoes. Uh oh: rain starting up again.

The Collar

I struck the board, and cried "No more!
I will abroad.
What, shall I ever sigh and pine?
My lines and life are free; free as the road,
Loose as the wind, as large as store.
Shall I be still in suit?
Have I no harvest but a thorn
To let me blood, and not restore
What I have lost with cordial fruit?
Sure there was wine

Sixty Question Meme

Gakked from new friend, elessil. ( More than you probably ever wanted to know about me... )

We seem to be between rain showers. Went to breakfast with shockwave6 Art&Marian, and The Beautiful June, in lieu of golf on soggy course. Must do Laundry (provided by weemonkey6), edit more Harry & the Pirate (spent HOURS tweaking Chapter 7, then posted the next seven chapters quite rapidly--go figure, eh?), update the school database, pay bills (see question #55 above), perhaps run to Mall for Lancome Gift With Purchase (yay!), etc. Happy Sunday!
