Also, here is the UK trailer for The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus -- I wish there was a U.S. release date for this, but no dice. It looks fabulous -- but I've been a fan of Terry Gilliam's work for a long time.

I can't decide which of those pics is my favourite, though the first and third are tied pretty even. He's/they're so adorable, lol.

Also I'm hoping Dr Parnassus at least gets limited release here in LA. I know there's no US release date yet but Los Angeles is one of those lucky towns that get arthouse/independent films. (For obvious reasons, but still.)

I, too, am hoping they will put it in at least limited release sooner than later-- we have a theater in Westlake that I'm sure would show it.

Those pix are cute-- so unusual to see one that includes his kids approved for publication.

Sorry to double up, however, it just struck me that when I answer the door in my bathrobe, or convient housedress, well, usually it's becos I'm indulging myself with my choice of by myself in the house alone clothing--so do you suppose it's nothing separating Mr. Depp from his chenille? I've heard that Sony picked up the distribution rights, and according to IMDB it's coming out on Christmas Day! I know what I'm doing that afternoon. *g*

The Adventures of Baron Munchausen is one of my favorite movies ever! And Time Bandits is pretty great, too. And The Fisher King. Etc.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Yes, I did, for potcsecretsanta in 2006. It was called Unexpected, rated NC-17, and I didn't have it on my Table of Contents for some reason. Had to search for it. Fortunately a lot of my stuff is tagged. :)

I agree that the overall composition of the photo is charming, but in my opinion it doesn't do justice to Vanessa's face; she's a lot prettier than that in every other picture (and the two videos) I've seen of her. It's to her credit if she approved that picture's publication; it means she's not vain.
