It's a beautiful Saturday! It's going to be fairly cool, in the high 50's/low 60's, but the sun's out, a laden orange tree and a flowering pink peach are visible, and the beautiful greeeeeen hills are rising in the distance.

At mary684's suggestion at start_writing_2, I have signed on to participate in story_lottery Round 3. You may have noticed the big "boulerouge" there in the corner. Sounds like fun, and fairly flexible.

Something else: my prayers were granted at the end of last year when Pepperidge Farm, probably the best of the big brands of baked goods in the U.S., came out with Tim Tams, previously only available in Australia!
