Okay, now I'm less teary-eyed and can see to type...I second miz torn's awww throw in a gee wilikers...and another awwwwww cos Harry's like the luckiest girl in the world. And "Lady Day"--(can I cease being a pearlseed and become an aka...) could absolutely FEEL the warmth when he was cuddling the babe--could see her clear as day--Lord in the meantime, hope he's teaching strength and craft in measure enough to protect Tom from her devilment (and yes, I can't imagine she'd be other else).
Loved Mrs. Norrington, still brassed from the letters I think, being so protective. Harry inspires that in folks, the desire to love her and take care of her and though not as reckless as Jack, she isn't fragile, not our Harry, and quite capable of getting herself into and out of well, situations.

“Will you?” She chuckled,...I always pay my debts.” Buncha thangs from this--really hot conversation (with the beloveds, these, one must be prepared to read between the lines). I love seeing Jack, wheels turning in that beautiful mind, planning how to exact his revenge and Harry gonna give as good as she gets, but also acknowledging that good good man she married. Jack got shorted in his growing up years and I wonder sometimes who helped carry his heart when he was little as Tom and needed more than his absent da could provide.
No more for you--just know that you receive many hugs and hope you liked writing this as much as I liked reading. You have a marvelous light touch, don't shy from the hard parts (that's my job) and your stories present life.
The story between Tom and Anne, wow--is she Norrington's child or one of the babies he married into--I'll go re-read oh, poor me have to enjoy the story before...;-DD Thank you miz gm2--youse wonderful.
