Jack got shorted in his growing up years and I wonder sometimes who helped carry his heart when he was little as Tom and needed more than his absent da could provide.
There will be considerable reference to Jack's youth (the H&theP version that is) in the next story, actually. ;-)
The story between Tom and Anne, wow--is she Norrington's child or one of the babies he married into
Anne is Maggie and Jame's daughter, born shortly after they married. Her younger brothers, the twins, were born when she was five. Charles, Suzanna, and Julietta are Maggie's children from her first marriage, though James is a far better father to them than was Maggie's first husband, the now-deceased Charles Holliday, who was something of a wastrel.
