New Community and Piratey Parodies!

erinrua, Captain of Black Pearl Sails, established a Live Journal Community of the same name to go along with our Yahoo group. Check it out, and join us at blackpearlsails! Should be fun!

Several of our members -- honorat, Pendragginink, and the Captain -- have been busy pirates, writing a plethora of piratey parodies (or filks, desecrations, what-have-you) of beloved holiday songs and poems. Eighteen so far, and there's still a week until Christmas! I got them all posted to Black Pearl Tales, finally. Each is on it's own separate page, and the menu is here. I'll be posting holiday stories there, too, this week.

And now I need some rum and eggnog. Heavy on the rum.
