Disneyland Christmas Picspam (2/7)

One more update before we head off to a birthday dinner...



This was Woody's Halloween Roundup last month, but now Santa gets top billing.




Purdy flowers!




The stage/barn area. There are picnic tables and benches and the kids can color holiday pics, and decorate their own cookies. Also there's a cowboy and cowgirl that do a show, leading the kids in songs, etc. Cute.

Reindeer (which like to go at each other with their antlers. They are NOT for petting).

Disneyland Anaheim is like a jewel box packed with goodies. It has so much less room than WDW's Magic Kingdom. And it's older, too. They make a huge effort to make every guest's stay special. And since we go so often we don't worry about how many rides we get on and things like that. I find I don't bring my day to day worries there, I just have fun. Even waiting in lines for rides isn't a problem if you have good friends and family to converse with, and when the kids were younger we used to bring card games and books if we knew we'd be camping out for a show or a parade or something.

The reindeer are always interesting. And that was such a pretty cow. I was wondering if it was a Jersy cow -- I've heard they give some of the best milk, and make great pets, too.

Me too... I consider WDW my home away from home.. and I tend to get "home"sick whenever I see pics, or get in a bad mood. I play my Disney park music and it makes me want to go home. :-)

Hopefully, now that I only live 6 hours from Disneyland, I'll get there soon. LOL last time I was there was 1996. LOL
