ACK! My little Firefox weather report says it's only 48 degrees! And it's 4:00 in the afternoon!

*shivers*



And here a couple of weeks ago we had temps in the 80's and low 90's.

I don't know what the temperature is here, but I've had a blanket around me all day at work and my fingers are little icicles. My kingdom for a space heater! But I like the Hawaii idea better...

It's supposed to get up to 70 or so tomorrow, but the nights are terrible cold. Brrrrr. Crazy.

Well, if I ever won the lottery (it would help if I played), I would be one of those horse people who has a place in like Arizona for the winter. LOL At least I have found that silk longjohns and a ski mask go a long way in keeping you warm when it gets so cold.

Hmmmm. It's been -30 something here with a windchill of -40. There is over six inches of snow. My eyelashes freeze in between my car and my office. I'm trying hard to feel sympathetic, but it's not working!

I seem to have your weather. I think. My little Firefox weather reporter thingy says 58 now (7:15am), 67 today, 68 tomorrow. Uh, tomorrow is December and it's gonna be almost 70??? Would happily pack up about 30 of those degrees and ship 'em to you if I could figure out how.

I feel your pain (being in the same part of the state and all). The office has been freezing because the AC hasn't been adjusted from when it was 90 yet (I'm assuming that's why my hands are freezing off anyway).

However, when it acutally gets into the sixties, I start remembering Christmas in California when I was a kid. I lived with my dad in Maryland, and we would come visit Grandma and be standing out there in shorts and tee-shirts, wondering if the pool was warm enough to swim. My cousins from Hawaii would be in three layers and blankets, freezing, and my grandmother would just be shaking her head at all of us. It was fun.

Says it's 45 this morning (was 38 when I got here at 8). But I know it's way worse for you -- I lived in Portland for a few months, October to the end of January, and was never so cold before or since.

Nah, can't be - we've had only one cold day, and I always thought it was supposed to be actually wintery before you could have Indian Summer.
