Had a delightful birthday. weemonkey6, ladymora and dr_mrow were all here, and brunch of misc. pork products, and french toast with blackberries and raspberries and whipped cream was had by some and swimming was had by all. Went in the evening with Jan, Kathy, Debbie, and Lisa (the five of us are The Boa Ladies, and we did, indeed, wear our boas. Have to go out of town for Boa Lady activities: Simi Valley is a small town, in spite of having over 100,000 people) to see Menopause, The Musical at the Coronet Theater in Hollywood (or is it Beverly Hills?) and a good time was had by all--very funny, very good performances by the four talented ladies who do the show.

Today is Mother's Day, and there will again be swimming, and brunching, as well as some gardening, and computing.

Speaking of mothers, mine is getting up now...must go get her card out of my car where I left it!
