Worth a second look...
Sep. 24th, 2005 01:08 amAll of you who belong to
depp_daily, please forgive the crossposting. These were taken at a Disney event at the Kodak Theater on Thursday. They were originally HUGE, and posted here at the JohnnyDeppZone. Many thanks to
ladywarringford for the heads up.

Date: 2005-09-25 03:23 am (UTC)Ah... that new belt. Take a good look at it, then go and take a really good look at AnaMaria's belt next time you watch the first film. She may not be in this one... but parts of her wardrobe sure are! LOL! Recycle, recycle, recycle.
Speaking of recycling, here's another fun fact from LadyW: Jack's baldric buckle from the first film has been seen on the big screen before. It was on the character of Porthos (IIRC) in the Disney 3 Musketeers from a few years back. Age it and dirty it down, and stick it on a pirate, and there you go!
He's got no less than 3 more rings on his left hand now: one on the thumb, one on the index finger, and another on the ring finger (I believe). Other than that, same costume.
Well.... ALMOST the same costume. The strip pattern on the sash is slightly different than what he was wearing before.
Hey, what do you want? Some people embrace their inner geek -- I flaunt mine!
And yes, seeing these pics just about stopped my heart. Especially the first one.
Need a cold shower... again.
He was in town because filming has started up again. Probably some on-set studio filming while waiting for the nasty weather in the Bahamas to clear out. With all the delays they've been having, they're really gonna have to scramble to meet the deadline for opening next July.
Ok, off to that cold shower now!
