THIRTY DAYS!!!

We're down to the last month before AWE. potc_dogwatch was established last year, pre-DMC, to celebrate those last 30 days in grand style, and it's all set again for this year. There will be a new activity posted each day, and you can do as few or as many as you like. I wish I knew a better way of jump-starting my muse on WIPs...but it amounts to sitting down and forcing it out, which sucks. And I thought I wrote fanfic because it was fun. Ha.

That is a lovely Elizabeth icon. Maybe switching to vis art mode and playing with Photoshop and all those lovely new stills and promos will shake loose some cobwebs...

Yes, Art is good for the soul. And I've found the new 'Captain Jack Sparrow' clip most inspiring (except for the "strumpets" scene *shudders*). I love Elizabeth's horrified reaction when SF punches Jack, for example. *G*

I am so very excited. Someone mentioned over there that their local theater is showing PotC 1 and 2 prior to midnight. How cool is THAT?!

I suspect there will be theaters around the country doing that. I could have gotten tickets to the El Capitan for that, too, and I actually had the day off, but I really wanted to go to the midnight show. I know corrielle and her friends are going to the marathon, though.
