dwgmTo my 5/27 comment that I loved Jack speaking Latin at the Brethren Council. Educated!Jack is one of my favorite things in nature, an anonymous benefactor has replied, I know what Jack said!! We have movies with subtitles and the Latin part was in subtitles too; he said "Res ipsa loquitur" - "The thing speaks for itself". I also love educated Jack :)

ETA: Our anonymous benefactor further states: I've just found an informaton that Hunter S. Thompson frequently used the Latin phrase to end some of his gonzo journalistic political pieces. Looks like another Johnny's inside joke ;)
