I don't think she's supposed to be pregnant in the movie, but it seems she is expecting in RL. Although that would be an interesting twist for the movie.

No, we didn't catch it the first time around, so we've been enjoying the back-to-back reruns every Tuesday. Fabulous show. I haven't been excited about a TV show in years, but I really really enjoy Glee.
