gingersnapps, my Disney castmember niece did NOT take me with her to see the PIRATE SHIP AND TOWN BUILDINGS FOR POTC2 at the Disney Studios today. Huh. WTF, eh?

If I hadn't had about five margaritas tonight (old co-worker visiting from out-of-town) I would probably be even more upset.

I'm SORRY--I Swear! Ever since 9/11 guests have not been allowed to accompany us onto the lot. I promise I thought of you the entire time that we were sneaking around on the set that had the signs posted everywhere that read; NO ADMITTANCE--AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY--CLOSED SET--SET UNDER 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE--VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE PARCEL SEARCH, CAVITY SEARCH, AND SEIZURE. Oh, they were. I don't drink very often (except for the occasional half-a-beer in the evening), so they were very much enjoyed, along with the good company.
