Nestlé’s Crunch qualifies as breakfast food, right? I mean, there's cereal in it. And chocolate. And it's even milk chocolate.

Cake! Don't forget cake! It's got milk and eggs in it! :)

Dang, I'm here at work, and now this has made me hungry, and wanting to watch my Bill Cosby dvd... :)

Or, if we take the chocolate for breakfast theme a little further, well then, going by my icon one could have a certain blacksmith for breakfast...

Okay, officially going to have a hard time getting any work done now. :)

I should imagine so, considering some of the images that come to mind. *G*

That Bill Cosby sketch is priceless, isn't it?

While discussing edible comestibles, let's not forget Willy Wonka: "Even I am edible." Breakfast Anyone?

Love the Cosby sketch! :) "He made us eat chocolate cake!!"

{Ponders} Hmmm... I wonder if that could work with the chocolate covered Will Turner...

"It was Geek Mama!! She made me have Chocolate Covered Will Turner for breakfast!! And the Ice Cream Commodore Norrington!! She made me do it!!"

Hoo boy, mind is SO not on work at the moment... Even told a producer and a director about a couple of hours ago that if they wanted to thank me for working with them in getting our news magazine show on the air tonight, all they had to do was give me a wrapped up in a bow Orlando Bloom or Sean Bean. Director might fight me for Orlando unless someone distracts her with Johnny Depp.

Still can't believe the director and I then had to explain to the producer just who Sean Bean is...

Boromir in Lord of the Rings. Captain Rich in Flightplan. Richard Sharpe in the Sharpe's series. Merrick in The Island. Ian Howe in National Treasure. Odysseus in Troy. Mellors in Lady Chatterly's Lover (and man, you could bounce a quarter off that tush in that one, I swear!). Sean Miller in Patriot Games. Alec Trevelyan in Golden Eye.

Does that help? :)

And lots of yummy wallpapers here of the Bean, btw. :) I've got several of these saved to my computer at home.

You had to explain who Sean Bean is? to someone in the industry??!!! What planet is that person on?

I can't really blame him too much for not knowing about the Sharpe's series since to be completely fair, that ran on PBS before either one of us started here at UNC-TV. But you would think he'd recognize "the bad guy" from Goldeneye or Patriot Games, or that he would've at least seen some ads for Flightplan or The Island when they were coming out this year, or would've seen Troy last year. The one that finally ran a bell for him was that Sean was "the bad guy" in National Treasure.

But it's mind boggling to me that out of all of those, that even after saying right off the bat, "He was Boromir in Lord of the Rings" that he goes "Oh... Now which one was he?" The best known of all of Bean's roles, and that's all that Tim can say??

Katie (the director who would fight me for Orlando unless distracted by Johnny Depp) and I are just simply going to have to educate a certain producer. To me, Sean has been in the entertainment news enough since LOTR that even if you didn't see the movies, you've surely at least heard his name in passing. Yep, I think we have to teach Tim that there's more going on in the world than what's happening at the State Legislature. ;)

I can see not being aware of the British pieces but things like Troy and Patriot Games are mainstream in the US market. Btw, they are doing another Sharpe - it's set a couple of years after Waterloo and they are now in India shooting it. Should be interesting.

Yeah, but especially after Lord of the Rings, it seems like even if he didn't know the names of the actors in the Fellowship, he would know the characters, or at least have heard of them. The, "Oh... Now which one was he?" just about made my jaw drop through the floor. And considering that we've got metal floor tiles, that's a hard drop! Not to mention that there's a few LOTR fans in the building. But at the least I figured he'd seen something like Troy, Goldeneye or Patriot Games. But I do have to say I'm a bit biased. :) At least National Treasure rang a bell for him.

I just saw something about the new Sharpe online today, first I've heard of it. So it's true? Whoo-hoo! :) {Makes note to get further down her Netflix queue to get to the rest of the Sharpe shows soon.}
